Amanda Lynn Dawkins

December 7, 2016 Ms. Amanda Lynn Dawkins, age 36, wife of Jonathan Hendrix of 135 Eubanks St., Union, passed away Tuesday, December 6, 2016 at Union Medical Center. Ms. Dawkins was born in Union, September 13, 1980, a daughter of Catharine and Robert Dawkins and Victor Dawkins. She was formerly employed with Kangaroo Express in Monarch. Surviving in addition to her husband and parents are a daughter, Dacey Sumner of the home; a sister, Sara Dawkins; a brother, Robert Bradley Dawkins; her mother-in-law, Barbara Ann Hendrix; a niece, Myra Lynn and a number of aunts, uncles, and cousins including a special cousin, Bruce Magner. She was predeceased by a daughter, Paisley Sierra Knox. Graveside services will be held at 2:30 Friday, December 9, 2016 at Union Memorial Gardens conducted by Rev. Randy Smith. Visitation will be held from 1:00 until 2:30 Friday at the S.R. Holcombe Funeral Home prior to the graveside services. Memorials may be made to the Amanda Dawkins Fund, P.O. Box 293, Union, SC 29379.
