Amy Belcher Painter

Mrs. Amy Belcher Painter, age 45, wife of Kenneth Painter of 765 Rogerstown Rd., Jonesville, passed away Tuesday, January 12, 2016. Mrs. Painter was born in Bluefield, West Virginia a daughter of Harold Belcher and wife Sue Belcher of Richmond, VA and Connie Hill Wynn of Jonesville. She was a graduate of Chase High School and Limestone College in the Winter of 2004. Mrs. Painter worked for the Cherokee County School District as a Teacher. Surviving in addition to her husband are two sons, Josh Lowery and wife Callie and Jacob Painter all of Spartanburg; a stepson, Blake Painter and wife Kortni of Boiling Springs; three sisters, Missie Taylor of Pacolet, Dawn Hames (David) of Jonesville, and Cigi Wynn of Spartanburg; one granddaughter, Adelynne Painter of Boiling Springs. She was predeceased by one son, Jonathan Lowery. Funeral Services will be held 3:00 PM Friday, January 15, 2016 at the S.R. Holcombe Funeral Chapel conducted by Mr. Jason Hill. Visitation will be held following the services. The family is at the home, 765 Rogerstown Rd., Jonesville, SC 29353.
