Amy A. Wood

Mrs. Amy Adams Wood, age 57, of Chesnee, formerly of Lockhart, passed away suddenly March 15, 2023.

Mrs. Wood was born in Union, November 23, 1965, a daughter of the late Fowler and Frances Bishop Adams. She was a graduate of Lockhart High School and Mary Black School of Nursing. She was employed with Interim Home Health. Mrs. Wood was a loving mother and grandmother.

Surviving is her life partner, Daniel Ritchey; a daughter, Amber Wood both of the home; a son, Joshua Wood and friend Allyson Campbell of Buffalo; and three grandchildren, Harper, Memphis, and Kaija Wood.

A celebration of life service will be held at 4:30 PM Saturday, March 25, 2023 at the S.R. Holcombe Funeral Chapel conducted by Rev. Allen McKee. Visitation will be held prior to the services from 3:30 until 4:30 PM.
