Ann Belcher Johnson

September 11, 2017 Mrs. Ann Belcher Johnson, age 89 of 517 Forest Street, Jonesville, widow of William A. Johnson, passed away Sunday, September 10, 2017 at her home. Mrs. Johnson was born in Spartanburg, SC June 28, 1928, a daughter of the late Ed Belcher and Minnie Belcher. She was a member of Jonesville Church of God. Surviving are three daughters: Delores Powell and husband Bob of Laurens, Susan Bradburn and husband Everette of Jonesville and Kay Leatherwood of Woodruff; a son, Bill Johnson and wife Libby of Spartanburg; sixteen grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. Mrs. Johnson was predeceased by two daughters, Betty Ann Lawter and Jean Owens and a son, Richard Johnson. Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Wednesday, September 13, 2017 at Jonesville Church of God conducted by Rev. Roger Byrd. Burial will be in Rosemont Cemetery. Visitation will be held 6:00-8:00 PM Tuesday evening at the Holcombe's Jonesville Chapel. Memorials may be made to Jonesville Church of God, P.O. Box 805, Jonesville, SC 29353.
