Mrs. Ann Medley Littlejohn, age 86 of 703 S. Boyce St., Union, widow of Darrell Brent Littlejohn, passed away Tuesday, November 9, 2021 at her home.

Mrs. Littlejohn was born in Polk Co., NC, June 4, 1935, a daughter of the late James Albert Medley and Pearl Gilbert Medley. She was a graduate of Spartanburg Regional School of Medical Technology and retired from the Union Medical Center as a medical technologist. Mrs. Littlejohn was a member of the Union County Senior Citizen, Travel Club where she had served as President, Vice President and on the Board of Trustees. She was a member of Mon Aetna Baptist Church.

Surviving are three daughters, Cheri Littlejohn of Prosperity, Kim Hopper and husband Tim of Union and Gail Caldwell and husband Robin of Chesnee; five sisters, Corene Pack of Moore, Rachel Ward of Union, Ethelene Fowler of Gowansville, Shirley McLaughlin of Pittsboro, NC and Libby Miller of Campobello; two brothers, Ricky Medley of Longs and Paul Medley of Lancaster; five grandchildren, Melissa Davis, T.J. Hopper, Staci Blakey, Mason Caldwell and Seth Caldwell and ten great grandchildren. Mrs. Littlejohn was predeceased by eight brothers and sisters.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Friday, November 12, 2021 at Mon Aetna Baptist Church conducted by Rev. Jesse Pendergrass, Rev. Chris Gulledge and Mr. Robbie Littlejohn. Burial will follow at Union Memorial Gardens.

Visitation will be held from 1:00 until 2:00 PM Friday at the church prior to the service.

Active pallbearers will be Joey Meadows, Jeff Littlejohn, Tommy Harrison, Robbie Littlejohn, Jason Sweezy, Sammy Meadows, Ben Medley and Keith Medley.

Memorials may be made to Ottaray Baptist Church, P.O. Box 70, Union, SC 29379.

The family will be at the home, 703 S. Boyce St., Union.
