Ashley Nicole Johnson

Miss Ashley Nicole Johnson, age 33, of Thad E. Saleeby Center, Hartsville, SC, passed away Friday, April 25, 2014 at Carolina Pines Regional Medical Center. Miss Johnson was born in Union, SC on April 29, 1980 a daughter of Tina Moore Coy of Tennessee and Boyce Johnson of Buffalo. She was the adopted daughter of her maternal grandmother, Mary Briggs Moore of Union. Miss Johnson attended Union Church of God. Surviving in addition to her parents and maternal grandmother are a stepmother, Peggy Johnson of Buffalo; a stepfather Jim Coy of Tennessee; three brothers, Boyce "Johnny" Johnson, Brian Coy, and Eric Coy all of Tennessee; four sisters, Erica Smith of Union, Lisa Stanstell, of Greer, Melisa Barnett of Greer, and Kimberly Johnson of Union; three step-brothers, Stephen Medford of Union, Adam Medford of Buffalo, and Hunter Bobo, of Buffalo; and a number of nieces and nephews. Graveside Services will be held at 11:00 am at Union Memorial Gardens conducted by the Rev. T.H. Ferrell. Active pallbearers will be Tyler Coy, David Briggs, Brandon Johnson, and Adam Medford. Visitation will be held Sunday Evening from 6:00 until 8:00 PM at the S.R. Holcombe Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to the Thad E. Saleeby Center, 714 Lewellen Ave., Hartsville, SC 29550. The family is at the home of her maternal grandmother, Mary Moore, 168 Velda Dr., Union, SC 29379.
