Barbara Ann Roark

March 25, 2020 Mrs. Barbara Ann Roark, age 75 of 205 Turning Leaf Circle, Boiling Springs, widow of Stanley E. Roark, passed away Tuesday, March 24, 2020 at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center. Mrs. Roark was born in Union, August 28, 1944, a daughter of the late Dillard Duckett and Daisy Millwood Duckett. She was a graduate of Union High School and Chester School of Nursing. Mrs. Roark retired from Spartanburg Regional Medical Center as an LPN and had formerly worked at Her Majesty. She attended Oakbrook Community Church. Surviving are a son, Tommy "Squeaky" Roark and wife Kimberly of Jonesville; two grandchildren, Tiffany Roark Babb and husband David and Michael Palmer Roark; one great-granddaughter, Bailey Rae Babb; and three sisters, Patti Smith of Union, Linda Vaughan of Greensboro, and Peggy Bright of Union. She was predeceased by a son, Michael David Roark; a brother, Steve Millwood of Flint, MI; and two sisters, Monica Thomas and Deborah Whitlock. Due to current health concerns graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday, March 26, 2020 at Union Memorial Gardens conducted by the Rev.
