Barry E. Haney

Mr. Barry Eugene Haney, age 66, husband of Susan Rush Haney of 201 Church St., Buffalo, passed away Friday, March 24, 2023 at Spartanburg Medical Center.

Mr. Haney was born in Union, July 15, 1956, a son of the late Amos Haney and Ferol Shetley Haney Tankersley. He was a retired textile worker and a member of Buffalo Baptist Church.

Surviving in addition to his wife are two sons, Joey Riddle and wife Angela, and Chris Riddle both of Spartanburg and six grandchildren, Logan, Jackson, Abbi, Tripp, Jase and Max Riddle. He was predeceased by an infant sister, Carla Haney.

The family would like to say a special Thank You to the staff and nurses of Spartanburg Regional Hospice for their care of Barry during his illness.

A celebration of life service will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, April 15, 2023 at Buffalo Baptist Church conducted by Rev. Doug Estes and Rev. Robbie Stollger. The family will receive friends immediately following the services.
