Belinda G. Jenkins

Mrs. Belinda Gregory Jenkins, age 71, wife of Joseph Jenkins of 1025 Main St., Buffalo, passed away Monday, March 6, 2023 at the Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home.

Mrs. Jenkins was born in Union, May 14, 1951, a daughter of the late Ray Spencer Gregory and Betty Lawson Gregory Kirby and her step-father, Bill Kirby. She was a 1969 graduate of Union High School where she was a member of the Varsity Cheerleading team and has remained close to her fellow cheerleaders over the years. Belinda was a loving wife and mother who devoted her life to the care of her son, Wesley. She was a member of Buffalo United Methodist Church.

Surviving in addition to her husband Joseph are a son, Wesley Jenkins of the home; a brother, Johnny Gregory and wife Kim of Union; two nieces, Angela Kicidis Fuller and husband Brady and Ashlyn Durant and husband Derick; one nephew, Michael Kicidis and wife Stacy and several great-nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by two sisters, Donna G. Kicidis and Gail Gregory and a brother, Tim Kirby.

A celebration of life service will be held at 3:00 PM, Saturday, March 11, 2023 at Buffalo United Methodist Church conducted by Rev. Jeff Farmer and Rev. Kevin Dalton.

Members of the Union High School Class of 1969 area asked to sit in a group.

Visitation will be held Saturday from 2:00 to 3:00 PM at the church prior to the services.
