Belinda Gail Sexton

Mrs. Belinda Gail Parkins Sexton, age 67, of 109 Churchill St., Union, widow of Tony Sexton, passed away Friday, December 30, 2022 at the Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home.

Mrs. Sexton was born in Union, March 10, 1955, a daughter of the late J.T. Parkins and Ethel Lambert Roberts and Carlyle Roberts. She was formerly employed with Cone Mill, Carlisle Finishing and retired from Spartanburg Medical Center having worked in administration. She had also served as secretary at First Baptist Church. Mrs. Sexton was a member of Fairforest Baptist Church.

Surviving are two sons, Dennis Gregory and wife Mandy of Seabrook Island, SC, and Jon Sexton and wife Laura of Union; two grandchildren, Reagan Gregory and Brayden Gregory; and a number of cousins, nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM Monday, January 2, 2023 at Fairforest Baptist Church conducted by Rev. Mark Truitt. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Visitation will be from 6:00 until 8:00 PM Sunday evening at the S.R. Holcombe Funeral Home.

Active pallbearers will be Brian Robinson, Wesley Turner, Jimmy Kingsmore, Todd Justice, Simp Vaughan, Duane Johnson and Ben Wages.
