Bernice J. Falls

November 1, 2017 Mrs. Bernice Justice Falls, age 92, widow of William R. Falls, Sr., formerly of Malone Ave., Union, passed away Tuesday, October 31, 2017 at Union Medical Center. Mrs. Falls was born in Union, May 21, 1925, a daughter of the late Milas Bryant Justice and Mary Elizabeth Franklin Justice. She was a graduate of Union High School and was of the Baptist faith. Surviving are one sister: Alma L. Justice of Union; two daughters: Anne Marie Palmer of Union and Mary Ashe and husband Osborne of Loganville, GA; two granddaughters: Keri Anne Ashe and Karen Ashe Caughman; two grandsons: Jason Falls and wife Meredith and Kevin Falls; three great-grandchildren: Zach Caughman, Emily Caughman and Waylon Falls; and numerous nieces and nephews. Mrs. Falls was predeceased by a son, William Rush Falls, Jr., a grandson, William Bradley Palmer, a daughter-in-law, Pam Falls, six sisters and four brothers. Graveside services will be held 2:00 PM Saturday, November 4, 2017 at Forest Lawn Cemetery. Visitation be immediately following the services at the cemetery. The family wishes to extend a very special thank you to Johnny Fleming and Brenda Ivey for their love, help, and support of Mrs. Falls during her illness.
