Betty Faye Fowler

Mrs. Betty Faye Fowler, age 85, wife of James M. "Bogan" Fowler of 110 Brookside Dr., Jonesville, passed away Tuesday, August 21, 2018 at the Union Medical Center. Mrs. Fowler was born in Pacolet Mills, September 14, 1932, a daughter of the late Dewey Lee Fowler and Exie Womick Fowler. She was retired from Parker Hannifin and was a life-long member of Browns Chapel Baptist Church. Mrs. Fowler was the last surviving member of her immediate family. Surviving in addition to her husband are several nieces and nephews including a special great-great nephew, Seth Eaves. She was predeceased by a sister, Mary Padgett and two brothers, J.D. Fowler and Dewey Edward Fowler. A memorial service will be held at 10:00 AM Thursday, August 23, 2018 at Gilead Baptist Church conducted by Rev. Eddie Saxon. The family will receive friends immediately following the service. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a charity of one's choice.
