Betty Quinn Good

Mrs. Betty Quinn Good, age 79 of 4260 Lockhart Hwy, Union, widow of Arthur S. Good, passed away Sunday, December 27, 2015 at her home. Mrs. Good was born in Union, SC September 27, 1933, a daughter of R.J. Quinn and Bertha Elizabeth Hoglen Quinn. She was a graduate of Union High School and retired from Springs Mills. Mrs. Good was a member of Philippi Baptist Church. Surviving are two daughters: Deborah Horne and husband Dennis and Celeste West and husband Ernie all of Union; a sister, Sue Pennington of Buffalo; five grandchildren: Chris Hopper, Jennifer Gregory, Olivia Davis, Shalyn Horne and Dustin West; five great-grandchildren: Aubrey Petty, Nathan Hopper, Madison Gregory, Andrew Gregory and Elizabeth Gregory. Mrs. Good was predeceased by a sister, Ruth Thomas and four brothers: James Quinn, Grover Quinn, Donald Quinn and Howard Pete Quinn. Memorial services will be held 11:00 AM Tuesday, December 29,, 2015 at Philippi Baptist Church conducted by Rev. Brad Goodale. Memorials may be made to Philippi Baptist Church, 327 Philippi Church Rd., Union, SC 29379. The family is at the home, 4260 Lockhart Hwy, Union.
