Betty L. Gossett

Mrs. Betty L. Gossett, widow of Dean Gossett of Pacolet, passed away Saturday, November 9, 2019 at the Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home. Mrs. Gossett was born in Pacolet, a daughter of the late Frank Gossett and Ella Jane Camby Gossett. She was retired from Beaumont Mills and a member of Pacolet First Baptist Church. Surviving are two daughters, Wanda Harris and husband Roger and Carol Wells and husband Donald all of Pacolet; five grandchildren, Tonya Gossett, Jennifer Gossett, Derek Gossett, D.J. Wells and Kellie LeGardye and five great-grandchildren. Mrs. Gossett was predeceased by a son, Gene Gossett. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday, November 14, 2019 at Pacolet Road Baptist Church conducted by Rev. Jimmy Powell. Burial will be at Pacolet Memorial Gardens. Active pallbearers will be Larry Millwood, Clayton Tuck, D.J. Wells, Tyler Boyter, Harold Gault and Dewayne Beard. The family will be at the home.
