Beverly (Gault) Davis

Mrs. Beverly Gault Davis, age 84, of 1418 Whitmire Highway, Union, widow of Francis Jerome Davis, went to be with the Lord Monday, December 5, 2022 at ProMedica of Union.

Mrs. Davis was born January 29, 1938 in Union, a daughter of the late John Cecil Gault and Mamie Godfrey Gault.  She was a graduate of Jonesville High School and a retired textile worker.  Mrs. Davis was a member of New Life Baptist Church where she was a member of the David Culberson Sunday School Class.

Surviving are a daughter, Darlene Robinson of Union; two sons, Danny Davis of Buffalo and Dale Davis and wife Darlene of Jonesville; two sisters, Shirley Harris of Loris and Janice Lackey of Jonesville; a brother, Tony Gault and wife Joyce of Jonesville; seven grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; a sister-in-law Patti Gault of Enoree; a host of nieces and nephews; and a special friend, Pearl Crocker.  She was predeceased by a granddaughter, Tiffany Salas; two brothers, Charles Gault and Joey Gault; and her mother-in-law, Guynell Davis.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM Thursday, December 8, 2022 at New Life Baptist Church conducted by the Rev. Mark Truitt. Burial will be at Jonesville Memorial Gardens.

Active pallbearers will be Rhett Harris, Shannon Gault, Peter Salas, Chris Wilson, Andy Gault, and John Parks.  The David Culberson Sunday School Class is asked to sit in a group.

Visitation will be held from 12:00 Noon until 1:00 PM prior to the services at the church.

The family will be at their respective homes.
