Bobbie Ruth Adams Ford Snyder

December 16, 2016 Mrs. Bobbie Ruth Adams Ford Snyder of 537 Bailey Rd., Buffalo, widow of Robert W. Ford and Harold J. Snyder went to her Heavenly home on December 15, 2016, surrounded by her family. Mrs. Snyder was born in Adamsburg, SC on June 9, 1931 a daughter of the late Robert S. and Thelma L. Adams. She was a faithful member of Buffalo Baptist Church and a devoted mother. Surviving are a daughter, Kathy F. Youngblood and husband Steve; three sons, Tommy E. Ford and wife Judy, Rev. Robert Lynn Ford and wife April all of Buffalo and Michael W. Ford and wife Kara of Pauline; two sisters, Pearl Farr and Betty Inman; eleven grandchildren, Brad Ford, Suzette Bates, Jay Ford, Melissa Youngblood, Crystal Smith, Jenifer Bradley, Karley Ford, Kip Fleming, Kristi Scales, Kyle Ford and Katie Ford; eleven great- grandchildren, Carson Ford, Catherine Ford, Devin Bates, Caleb Austin, Reagan Ford, Samantha Hindman, Dylan Smith, Wylie Scales, James Scales, Kylyn Ford, and Logan Betenbaugh; and two great-great grandchildren, Jayci Claire Bates and Ellie Kate Bates. She was predeceased by three sisters, Annie Laura Adams, Marian Alexander, and Mary Ann Adams and two brothers, R.S. Adams and Eugene Adams. Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Monday, December 19, 2016 at Buffalo Baptist Church conducted by the Rev. Jerry Ford and Rev. Johnny Burgess. Burial will follow in Union Memorial Gardens. Active pallbearers will be Kyle Ford, Jay Ford, Kip Fleming, Caleb Austin, Matt Scales, David Smith, and Mitch Bradley. The following are asked to sit in a group and form the honorary escort, the Willing Workers Sunday School Class at Buffalo Baptist Church and all members of previous Sunday School Classes that Mrs. Snyder attended, along with, Roger and Elaine Bishop, Ritchie and Carolyn Brown, Bob and Elaine Smith and Roy and Susan Turner. Visitation will be held Sunday evening from 7:00 PM until 9:00 PM at the S.R. Holcombe Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to Buffalo Baptist Church, P.O. Box 428, Buffalo, SC 29321.
