Bobbie Jane Garner

Mrs. Bobbie Jane Keith Garner, age 77, of 1229 Meansville Rd., Union, passed away Sunday, June 11, 2023 at her home. She leaves behind her husband of 58 years, William L. Garner.

Mrs. Garner was born in Union, September 27, 1945, a daughter of the late Robert L. Keith and Ollie Pruitt Keith. She was a graduate of Union High School and attended Cecil's Business College in Spartanburg. Mrs. Garner was a member of Mon Aetna Baptist Church where she was a member of the Margie Morris Sunday School class.

Surviving in addition to her husband is a daughter, Carrie Lenea Walters; a grandson, James R. Warr and wife Brittany; one great-granddaughter, Catie Warr, two great-grandsons, Alex War and Landen Warr; and two sisters, Teresa Hamilton and Sara Sealy. She is also survived by three nieces, Kayrn Sealy, Roseanne Sullen, and Chasity Wilson; one nephews, Keith Hamilton and wife Leisel; three great nephews, two great-great nephews and four great-great nieces. Also surviving are two aunts, Nellie Jo Knox and family and Margarett Bushnell and family; two brothers-in-law, Gerald E. Garner and Dwight P. Garner and wife Mary and lots of other family members she loved.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM, Saturday, June 17, 2023 at the S.R. Holcombe Funeral Chapel conducted by Pastor Jesse Pendergrass. The family will receive friends immediately following the services.
