Bobby Jean Eubanks

Mr. Bobby Jean Eubanks, age 79 of 301 Robbs School Rd., Gaffney, passed away Thursday, November 5, 2015 at Spartanburg Medical Center. Mr. Eubanks was born in Gaffney, December 15, 1935, a son of the late Dewey Eubanks and Grace Waters Eubanks. He retired from Cherokee Finishing and attended Grassy Pond Baptist Church. Surviving are two sons: Edward Eubanks and wife Kim of the home and Charlie Eubanks and wife Shanna of Gaffney; three grandchildren: Becca and Jillian Eubanks and Sara Evans Shetley; two sisters: Ruth Thompson of Gaffney and Peggy Montgomery and husband Tommy of Rock Hill; and a brother, Ronnie Eubanks and wife Carolyn of Gaffney. Mr. Eubanks was predeceased by a sister and two brothers. Memorial services will be held 3:00 PM Sunday, November 8, 2015 at Grassy Pond Baptist Church conducted by Rev. Terry Lanford. Visitation will be held 2:00-3:00 PM Sunday in the church prior to the service. Memorials may be made to Grassy Pond Baptist Church Building Fund, 254 Grassy Pond Rd., Gaffney, SC 29341. The family is at the home of his son, Ed and Kim Eubanks, 301 Robbs School Rd., Gaffney, SC 29341.
