Boyd E. “Bubba” Sanford

Mr. Boyd E. "Bubba" Sanford, age 55, of 848 Fairfax St., Spartanburg, passed away Tuesday, August 11, 2015. Mr. Sanford was born in Prosperity, SC on October 26, 1959 a son of the late Boyd W. Sanford and Dorothy McCullough Lovings. He was formerly employed with J. Frank Blakely Electric. Surviving are a son, Shannon Jones of Boiling Springs, SC; two granddaughters, Abby and Lilly Jones of Boiling Springs; three sisters, Kathy Garner of Jonesville, Myra Dameron of Jonesville, Phyllis Rogers of Pacolet; two brothers, Greg Sanford and wife Sonya of Jonesville and Richard Lovings and wife Laura of Union; a special nieces, Amanda Bouthsavong of Jonesville; and a number of other nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be held 2:00 PM Saturday, August 15, 2015 at Jonesville Memorial Gardens conducted by the Rev. Robert Jarvis. Visitation will be held Friday evening from 7:00 PM until 8:30 PM at Holcombe's Jonesville Chapel. The family is at the home of his brother and sister-in-law, Greg and Sonya Sanford, 142 Gilead Hill Rd., Jonesville, SC 29353.
