Brenda W. Buchanan

Mrs. Brenda West Buchanan, age 40 of 116 N. Boyce St., Union, passed away Saturday, January 11, 2014 at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center. Mrs. Buchanan was born in Union, June 8, 1973, a daughter of the late Homer L. and Joyce Puckett West. She was a graduate of Union High School and was of the Baptist faith. Mrs. Buchanan was previously employed with Conso Products and Wal-Mart of Union. Surviving are her husband George Paul Buchanan of Union; two sisters, Barbara W. Wolfe and husband Paul of Pauline and Donna W. Holcombe and husband David of Union; nieces and nephews, Britney Holcombe, Dylan Holcombe, Chris Harris, Adam Harris and Hunter Wolfe; two aunts, Pam Puckett and Connie Knox both of Union and a special friend, Donna Cody of Union. Graveside services will be held 2:00 PM Wednesday, January 15, 2014 at Union Memorial Gardens conducted by Rev. Robert Branch and Rev. Walter Holcombe. Visitation will be held at the cemetery immediately following the service. The family will be at the home of her aunt, Pam and Roy Puckett, 527 Lakeview Heights, Union.
