Brenda Dean Ferguson Winstead

December 17, 2015 Mrs. Brenda Dean Ferguson Winstead, age 69, wife of Bobby Winstead, of 246 Proctor Rd., Jonesville, passed away Wednesday, December 16, 2015 at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center. Mrs. Winstead was born in Spartanburg, SC on February 6, 1946 a daughter of the late Carl Ferguson and Lena Harris Ferguson. She was a member of New Life Baptist Church. Surviving in addition to her husband are two sons, Ray Winstead and wife Sandra of Cowpens and Paul Winstead of Jonesville; two sisters, Judy Messer of Jacksonville, FL and Carolyn Martin of Spartanburg; two grandsons, Chris Winstead of Cowpens and Paul Winstead, Jr., of Gaffney; two granddaughters, Kristina Elder of Spartanburg and Summer Moore of Jonesville. Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Saturday, December 19, 2015 at Holcombe's Jonesville Chapel conducted by the Rev. Dennis Tessnier. Burial will follow in Jonesville Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held 12:45 PM until 1:45 PM prior to the services at Holcombe's Jonesville Chapel. Memorials may be made to New Life Baptist Church, 502 Meansville Rd., Union, SC 29379 The family is at the home 246 Proctor Rd., Jonesville, SC 29353.
