Bruce Littlejohn

Mr. Bruce Edward Littlejohn, age 69, husband of Teresa Estes Littlejohn, of 203 3rd Street, Ottaray, went to be with the Lord, Saturday, September 16, 2023.

Mr. Littlejohn was born November 10, 1953 in Spartanburg, a son of the late Thomas Wylie Littlejohn, Jr. and Imogene Fowler Littlejohn.  He retired after 30 years from Cone Mill Carlisle Finishing Plant.  Mr. Littlejohn was a member of Ottaray Baptist Church.

Surviving in addition to his wife of 44 years are a son, Michael Bruce Littlejohn and wife Amber of Charlotte; a daughter, Tracy Lynn Gregory of the home; two brothers, Robbie Littlejohn and wife Wanda of Jonesville and Jeffrey Littlejohn and wife Melinda of Union; five grandchildren, Taylor Richardson, Christan Gregory, Marissa Littlejohn, Aria Littlejohn, and Michael Littlejohn; a great-granddaughter, Sophie Gregory; a niece, Miranda Littlejohn; five nephews, Shane Goings, Clint Goings, Lee Littlejohn and wife Tiffany, Jeffrey Gault, and Rob Littlejohn.  He was predeceased by a sister, Angela Littlejohn.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Monday, September 18, 2023 at Ottaray Baptist Church conducted by the Rev. Walter Holcombe.  Burial will follow at Union Memorial Gardens.

Active pallbearers will be Herman Blalock, Shane Goings, Clint Goings, Rob Littlejohn, Lee Littlejohn, Jeffrey Gault, Johnny Johnson, and Bryan Gregory.  Honorary pallbearers will be Eddie Berry, Richard Farr, Larry Burgess, Jerry Grady, Buddy Bright, Russell Goings, Francis Ellis, Ron Ellis, Joey Littlejohn, Tommy Littlejohn, and Calvin Smith.

Visitation will be held from 6:00 until 8:00 PM Sunday evening at the S.R. Holcombe Funeral Home.

The family would like to thank the nurses and staff of AGAPE Hospice for their love and care of Mr. Littlejohn during his illness.
