Chad Anthony Whitlock Union, Sc

Mr. Chad Anthony Whitlock, age 30, of 1208 W. Main St., Union, passed away Sunday, September 28, 2014 at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center. Mr. Whitlock was born in Spartanburg, SC on November 3, 1983 a son of Garvin Whitlock of Gray Court and Debra Duckett Whitlock of Union. He attended Oakbrook Community Church. Mr. Whitlock was formerly employed with Bi-Lo and Dollar General Distribution Center. Surviving in addition to his mother and father are his stepmother, Sharon Whitlock of Gray Court; three children, Chad Anthony Whitlock, Jr., Cayson Allen Whitlock, Caylee Alexis Whitlock, and their mother Amy Hicks; a brother, Jamie Whitlock and girlfriend Emily Outz; a step-sister Brandy Lyles of Gray Court; two step-brothers, Travis Elmore and DeShaun Elmore both of Gray Court; a special nephew Jamie Tyler Whitlock of Union and girlfriend Lacy French; a great neice Danika Whitlock and a number of aunts, uncles and cousins. He was predeceased by his paternal grandmother, Alice Whitlock and his maternal grandmother, Daisy Duckett. Funeral services will be held 4:00PM Sunday, October 5, 2014 at S.R. Holcombe Funeral Chapel. Active pallbearers will be Travis Elmore, David Gowan, Tyler Lawson, Randy Patrick, Chris Keisler, and Tony Ramirez. Visitation will be held 6:00-8:00 PM Saturday evening at the S.R. Holcombe Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to Chad Anthony Whitlock Fund, PO Box 293, Union, SC 29379.
