Christian Lane Gibson

Mr. Christian Lane Gibson, age 20 of 1010 Canal Street, Lockhart, passed away Saturday, January 16, 2016 at his home. Mr. Gibson was born in Union, SC May 14, 1995, a son Jennifer Daniell Martin of Central and Jamie Leboron Gibson. He was a member of Lockhart Methodist Church. Surviving in addition to his parents are a step-mother, Amanda Thomason Gibson; two sisters: Shelby Gibson and Cheyanne Gibson all of Lockhart; a brother, Cameron Drew Farr of Lake Murray; grandparents; Carol Ann Martin of Lockhart and Richard Allen Martin of Lockhart; a special aunt, Amy Martin of Lockhart and a number of aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. The family would like to say a special thank you to Joey and Debbie Conard, Willie Kristan, Kim Horne and Amber Hartley, Christian's love of his life. Mr. Gibson was predeceased by his grandparents, Jerry and Carolyn Gibson. Funeral services will be held 3:00 PM Wednesday, January 20, 2016 at SR Holcombe Funeral Chapel conducted by Rev. Merritt Wentz. Honorary pallbearers will be Travis Duncan, A.J. Inman, Chase Thomason and Shane Horton Visitation will be held in the chapel following the service. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Lockhart United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 127, Lockhart, SC 29364. The family is at the home of his grandfather, Richard Allen Martin, 4007 Jonesville Lockhart Hwy, Union.
