Mr. Clarence Odean Fowler, age 90, passed away peacefully on December 15, 2025. Mr. Fowler was born in Union County, SC September 12, 1935, to the late Pearl Lee Fowler and Paul Sterling Fowler. He was a graduate of Union High School. He was a barber for over 50 years in Union, retiring in 2017 as the owner and operator of Styles Unlimited. He was a member of Philippi Baptist Church, where he was affectionately known as the “coffee brew master.” He was also a proud Past Master and dedicated Mason of Union Lodge No. 75, AFM, the York Rite of Freemasonry, the Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite of Freemasonry, and the Hejaz Temple of Shriners International.

He is survived by his loving granddaughters, Elizabeth Fowler Thompson and her husband Joshua T. Thompson of Spartanburg, SC and Laura Fowler Watson and her husband Trenton D. Watson of Ballwin, MO; his grandchildren, Caleb Fowler Thompson, Ralph Tate Thompson, Simon Dean Watson, and Ruby Beatrice Watson; and his daughter-in-law, Karen M. Fowler. He was predeceased by his wife of 61 years, Ruby Heatherly Fowler and his only son, Darrell Dean Fowler.

A graveside memorial service will be held at Union Memorial Gardens on Saturday, December 27, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. with Masonic Rites.
