Connie M. Barfield

Mrs. Connie Morris Barfield, age 73, of Union, passed away Sunday, May 26, 2024 at Ellen Sagar Nursing Center. Mrs. Barfield was the wife of the late Freddie Barfield.

She was born in Union, April 7, 1951, a daughter of the late James and Rudelle Ivey Morris. Mrs. Barfield was a graduate of Union High School and was a homemaker and caregiver to her grandchildren. She was a member of Moringside Baptist Church.

Surviving are two daughters, April B. Hall and husband Bobby and Holli Barfield all of Union; a son, Chad Barfield of Union; four grandchildren, Justin Hall, Jayda Barfield, Luke Robbins and Conner Barfield and a great-grandson, Asher. Mrs. Barfield was predeceased by a granddaughter, Maycee Barfield and a sister, Dianne Whisnant.

As per Mrs. Barfield's wishes, a private service will be held by the family at a later date.
