Dakota Bailey

Dakota Lee Bailey, age 27, of 1746 Brown's Creek Church Rd., Union, passed away, Wednesday, December 8, 2021, at Union Medical Center.

Dakota was born May 7, 1994, in Union, a son of Brandy Bailey Garner and Kevin Garner of Union.  He was a graduate of Broome High School and had previously been employed with Dollar General Distribution. Dakota loved to ride dirt bikes and loved to skateboard.

Surviving in addition to his parents are three sisters, Madalyn Manibusan of Union, Jasmine Bailey of Cowpens, and Natalie Garner of Union; his grandmothers, Sheril Lynch and husband Alan of Jonesville and Arlene Wynn and husband Roger of Jonesville; five uncles, George Carpenter of Pacolet, Cody Lynch of Jonesville, Christopher Lynch of Jonesville, Chad Bailey of Lockhart, and Dale Wynn of Jonesville; and his three best friends, Holden Ellison of Pacolet, Taylor Stevens of Chicago, and Joshua McGowans of Pacolet.  He was predeceased by his grandparents, Joyce and G.W. Turner.

Memorial services will be held at 6:00 PM Thursday, December 16, 2021, at Holcombe's Jonesville Chapel.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM until 6:00 PM prior to the services at Holcombe's Jonesville Chapel.

The family will be at the home of his parents, Brandy and Kevin Garner, 1746 Brown's Creek Church Road, Union, SC 29379.
