Dale Sprouse Kingsmore

November 5, 2017 Mrs. Dale Sprouse Kingsmore, age 87, formally of 101 Beverly Drive, widow of Earl Kingsmore passed away Saturday, November 4, 2017 at Ellen Sagar Nursing Center. Mrs. Kingsmore was born November 18, 1929 in Union, SC a daughter of the late Harry J. Sprouse and Marguerite S. Sprouse. She was the owner of Dale's Ladies Fashion and Kingsmore Tours. Mrs. Kingsmore was a member of Mon Aetna Baptist Church and had previously been a member of Duncan Acres United Methodist Church where she held various positions within the church. She and her husband were married for 59 years before his death in 2007. Surviving are two sons, Monty D. Kingsmore and wife Wendi of Union and Danny Kingsmore and wife Candy of Winnsboro; one sister, June Carol Elliott and husband Mack; four grandchildren, Emily Kingsmore of Surfside Beach, Ty Kingsmore of Union, Angel Crider and husband Scott of Knoxville, TN and Travis Kingsmore and wife Stacie of St. Matthews; and three great-grandchildren, Jeremy Crider, Blakely Kingsmore, and Collin Crider. Funeral services will be held 3:00 PM Monday, November 6, 2017 at Mon Aetna Baptist Church conducted by the Rev. Chris Gulledge and Rev. Benny Green. Burial will follow at Union Memorial Gardens Active pallbearers will be Ty Kingsmore, Travis Kingsmore, Scott Crider, Maxie Sanders, Mike Sanders, and Nathan Tyson. Visitation will be held 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM Sunday evening at the S.R. Holcombe Funeral Home. The family would like to extend a thank you to, Ellen Sagar Nursing Center.
