Danny Morrow

November 30, 2019 Mr. Danny Morrow, age 69, husband of Phyllis Greene Morrow of 1178 Sardis Rd., Union, passed away Friday, November 29, 2019 at the Medical University Hospital in Charleston, SC. Mr. Morrow was born in Spartanburg, May 11, 1950, a son of the late Sam Morrow and Lois Lawson Morrow. He was a graduate of Spartanburg High School and was a retired district manager with Diversco. Mr. Morrow was a member of Sardis United Methodist Church. Surviving in addition to his wife are a granddaughter, Raven Morrow of the home; daughter, Christy Grooves of Union; and a brother, Larry Morrow of Spartanburg. Mr. Morrow was predeceased by a brother, Sammy Morrow. Funeral services will be held 2:30 PM Tuesday, December 3, 2019 at Sardis United Methodist Church conducted by the Rev. Jeff Farmer and Rev. Randy Smith. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1:30 until 2:30 PM Tuesday at Sardis United Methodist Church prior to the funeral services.
