Darla Faye Love

Mrs. Darla Faye Love, age 88, of 103 Churchill St., Union, widow of Paul Love, passed away, Sunday, February 8, 2026 at her home.

Mrs. Love was born November 6, 1937, in Blackwell, OK, daughter of the late William Isaiah Jobe and Frances Olds Jobe. She was a graduate of Blackwell High School and retired from Union County Schools District Office. Mrs. Love had previously worked at Belk Department Store in Union. She also served in the United States Navy. Mrs. Love was a member of Grace Methodist Church where she was a member of the Lucy Shuler Circle and helped with Lenten Services.

Surviving are two daughters, Kim Harris of Union and Linda Lamb and husband Ron of Union; a son, Victor Paul Love and wife Karen of Edgefield; three granddaughters, Blake Wilson, Olivia Faith Love, and Sophia Hailin Love; a grandson, Grant Paul Harris and fiance Hannah Beth Wootten a great-granddaughter, Brantli Wilson; and several special nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by two brothers and two sisters.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday, February 11, 2026, at Union Memorial Gardens conducted by Rev. Nels Ledwell. Visitation will be immediately following the services at the cemetery.
