Darlene Jones

Teresa Darlene Jones, age 64, wife of Randall Gregory of 662 Strother Rd., Union, passed away Sunday, May 3, 2026.

Darlene was born in Union, August 14, 1961, a daughter of the late Edward “Jug” Jones and Minnie Mae Smith Palmer. She was a 1979 graduate of Union High School and had retired from retail work. She was a member of Fairview Baptist Church and also attended Faith Community Church. Before her health declined, Darlene was a member of the Union Co. YMCA and had done a lot of volunteer work in the community.

Surviving in addition to her husband are a daughter, Tiffany Jones and fiancée Trisha Blankenship of Wellford; a grandson, Draven Cotheran; a sister, Pamela Gault and husband Larry of Union and a brother, Tony Jones and wife Tammy of Union.

Funeral services will be held at 4:00 PM Wednesday, May 6, 2026 at the S.R. Holcombe Funeral Chapel conducted by Rev. Josh Freeman. Visitation will be held Wednesday from 3:00 until 4:00 PM at the chapel prior to the services.

The family will be at the home, 662 Strother Rd., Union.
