Darrell B. Knox

February 16, 2016 Mr. Darrell Brent Knox, age 61 of 1161 Jonesville Lockhart Hwy., Union, passed away Monday, February 15, 2016 at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center Mr. Knox was born in Union, March 1, 1954, a son of the late Boyd and Grace Ingle Knox. He was retired from United Merchants, Union Plant and was a member of Bethlehem United Methodist Church. Surviving are three nephews, Thomas Austin and wife Angie, Shannon Austin and wife Michelle and Brent Austin all of Union. Mr. Knox was predeceased by two brothers, Travis Vaughan and Tommy Joe Vaughan and a sister, Sherry Knox Austin. Graveside services will be held 4:00 PM Thursday, February 18, 2016 at Bethlehem United Methodist Church Cemetery conducted by Rev. Glenn Ribelin. The family will receive friends at the cemetery following the services. Memorials may be made to the Darrell B. Knox Fund, P.O. Box 293, Union, SC 29379. The family will be at their respective homes.
