Davis Herbert Williams

Mr. Davis Herbert Williams, age 97, widower of Frances Vaughan Williams, formerly of 2211 Buffalo-West Springs Hwy., Buffalo, passed away Sunday, August 5, 2018 at Ellen Sagar Nursing Home. Mr. Williams was born in Union, June 17, 1921, a son of the late Danny and Mamie Alexander Williams. He was retired from United Merchants, Buffalo Plant and was a member of Victory Baptist Church. Surviving are a daughter, Jeanette Pharr of Union; four sons, Randy Gault and wife Barbara, Ronnie Gault, Larry Gault and wife Pamela, and Dennis Gault all of Union; a brother, Herbert Leon Williams of Union; a granddaughter reared in the home, Ashley Gault and a number of other grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Mr. Williams was predeceased by a son, Ronald William, a brother and a sister. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM Tuesday, August 7, 2018 at Rosemont Cemetery conducted by Rev. Ricky Cook. The family will receive friends at the graveside immediately following the services. The family will be at their respective homes.
