Debra Sue (Mccoy) Smith

Mrs. Debra Sue McCoy Smith, age 70, widow of Larry Dean Smith, of 1185 Brown's Creek Church Road, Union, went home to be with the Lord, Tuesday, December 17,2024 at her home.

Mrs. Smith was originally from Tyler, TX. She retired from Oakmont Nursing Home, where she was the Assistant Activities Director.

Mrs. Smith is survived by a son, Larry D. Smith, Jr. and his wife Amanda of Union, a stepdaughter Fran Smith of Union and a granddaughter, Bryana Vaughan (Alex) of Greenville. She is also survived by a grandson, Noah Smith (Carla) and a great granddaughter, Penelope Rae Moses. Other survivors are special long-time friends, Tammy Pridemore and Frances Alman and special sisters-in-law Sue Witherspoon and Betty Brown.

Debra's wishes were to not have any services.

The family is at the home of her son, Larry D. Smith, Jr, 209 Maid Marion Dr., Union.
