Dennis Wayne Millwood

Mr. Dennis Wayne Millwood, age 84, of 109 Partridge Rd., Union, husband of Jean Anderson Millwood, passed away Sunday, September 1, 2024 at Ellen Sagar Nursing Center.

Mr. Millwood was born August 18, 1940 in Union, a son of the late C.B. Millwood and Nell Nelson Millwood.  He was a graduate of Union High School.  Mr. Millwood retired from Dutchmen Correctional Facility as an electrician.  He was a member of Westside Baptist Church.

Surviving in addition to his wife are a step-daughter, Donna Coursey and husband Daniel of Vidalia, GA; a daughter, Ashley Cribbs and husband Peter of Columbia; and numerous grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM Tuesday, September 3, 2024 at Rosemont Cemetery.  The family will receive friends immediately following the services at the cemetery.

The family is at their respective homes.
