Donna Kay Floyd

Mrs. Donna Kay Nix Floyd, age 63, widow of Ronald W. Floyd, passed away Wednesday, November 1, 2023 at her home.

Mrs. Floyd was born in Union, February 20, 1960, a daughter of the late J.D. Nix and Hazel Walton Nix Mills and stepfather, Ira Mills. She was a graduate of Union High School and a member of Fairview Baptist Church.

Surviving are a son, Benji Nix and wife Coleen of Duncan; a daughter, Pamela Floyd of Union; two brothers, Dennis Nix and wife Tina, and Rickey Mills all of Union; three grandchildren, Blaine Floyd, Chelsey Nix, and Autumn Nix and one great-granddaughter, Iris Jones. Mrs. Floyd was predeceased by a sister, Marlene Mayfield.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM, Tuesday, November 7, 2023 at Fairview Baptist Church Cemetery conducted by Rev. Jeff Dean.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Fairview Baptist Church, PO Box 37, Union, SC 29379.

The family will be at their respective homes.
