Mrs. Doris Elaine Deaton Prince, age 77, widow of Richard Charles Prince, Sr., passed away Saturday, December 6, 2014 at her home. Mrs. Prince was born in Union, SC June 4, 1937, a daughter of the late Willie Deaton, Sr. and Hattie Deaton. She was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith. Surviving are a daughter: Kandy Bobo and husband Dale of Union; two sons: Richard Prince, Jr. "Bokie" and Joey Prince and fiancée, Amy Dover, all of Union; four grandchildren: Roger Bobo and fiancée, Jennie, Brian Bobo, Christin Prince and Richard Prince, III "Trey" all of Union; four great-grandchildren: Hayley Bobo, Crystal Prince, R.J. Bobo and Kevin Everhart all of Union; one sister: Lucille Sinclair. Mrs. Prince was predeceased by two sisters: Fannie Mae Dixon and Juanita Belue; one brother, Willie Deaton, Jr. Graveside service will be held 2:00 PM Monday, December 8, 2014 at Union Memorial Gardens, conducted by the Rev. Benny Green. Active pallbearers will be Chris Sinclair, Junior Sinclair, Stevie Sinclair, David Sinclair, Roger Bobo and Brian Bobo. The family will receive friends immediately following the graveside service at the cemetery.
