Dorothy (Lipsey) Lewis

Mrs. Dorothy Francis Marie Lipsey Lewis, age 31 of 251 Gary Street, Whitmire, S.C., wife of Travis Lewis, passed away Wednesday, March 12, 2025 at Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home.

Mrs. Lewis was born in Spartanburg, May 11, 1993 a daughter of Trudy Lipsey Murphy of Whitmire, S.C. and the late John Lipsey. She was self- employed with her own cleaning service. Mrs. Lewis was a member of New Life Baptist Church where she had been a member of the Youth Choir.

Surviving besides her husband and her mother are brothers, John "Pooper" Lipsey and wife, Karen of Pauline, SC and Jethro "Ro" Lipsey of Whitmire, SC; several nieces and nephews; two great nephews; a step-sister and a step-brother She was predeceased by a brother, Roscoe Lipsey.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M., Saturday, March 15, 2025 at the Shining Light Church, 144 Pine Street, Lydia Mills, Clinton, SC by Pastor Randell Messick.

Visitation will be held immediately following the services at the church.

The family will be at the home of her mother, Trudy Lipsey Murphy, 251 Gary Street, Whitmire, SC.
