Dorothy L. Paul

November 15, 2018 Mrs. Dorothy Lamb Paul, age 86, formerly of Lockhart, widow of John Paul, passed away Thursday, November 15, 2018 at Blue Ridge Health Care in Georgetown, SC. Mrs. Paul was born in Spartanburg, August 30, 1932, a daughter of the late Tom and Viola Scales Lamb. She was a graduate of Lockhart High School and attended Spartanburg Technical College. Mrs. Paul retired from the Bantam Chef and had also been worked as a CNA at Ellen Sagar Nursing Home. She was a member of Lockhart First Baptist Church and after her move to Andrews, SC she became a member of Andrews First Baptist Church. Surviving are one daughter, Judy Elizabeth "Beth" Paul and her boy friend Scott Smith of Andrews; and a sister, Helen Palmer of Union. She was predeceased by a son, John Paul, Jr. and a sister, Ruby Lamb Deal. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, November 17, 2018 at Union Memorial Gardens conducted by Rev. Walt Proctor and Rev. John Hudson. The family will receive friends Saturday from 1:00 until 2:00 PM at the S.R. Holcombe Funeral Home prior to the services.
