Dovie Dorene Fowler Smart

Mrs. Dovie Dorene Fowler Smart, age 58, of 110 Oak Ridge Dr., Cowpens, widow of Brady N. Smart, passed away Monday, July 29, 2019 at her home. Mrs. Smart was born September 14, 1959 in Union, a daughter of the late Alice Fowler. She was a homemaker and was of the Baptist Faith. Surviving are two daughters, Jessica Mayne and husband Michael of Spartanburg and Sharon Whitmire and husband Danny of Cowpens; two sisters, Sherry Alban and Cindy Walker both of Texas; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by a daughter, Candice White and a brother, Larry Fowler. A celebration of life service will be held at a later date.
