Earl J Bryan

Mr. Earl J. Bryan, age 90, widower of Martha Campbell Bryan, of 406 Springdale Dr., Union, passed away quietly, June 25, 2026.

Mr. Bryan was born in Lockhart, SC on October 31, 1935, a son of the late Jesse Carmel Bryan and Amanda Meadows Bryan. He was retired from the SC Department of Corrections and the SC National Guard. Mr. Bryan was extremely devoted to family and that devotion was expressed in his involvement and encouragement of their life pursuits. He was a member of Mon Aetna Baptist Church. Mr. Bryan enjoyed working in carpentry and loved to sing.

Surviving Mr. Bryan is a son, Phillip Bryan and his wife, Cindy of Boiling Springs, SC, grandchildren, Phillip M. Bryan and his wife, Emily, Dr. Alyssa Marlana Bryan Millard and her husband, Brandon and Jonathan Andrew Bryan and his wife, Bethany. He is also survived by great grandchildren, Micah Bryan, Kimber S. Bryan, Asher Millard, Cohen Millard, and Riley Bryan along with a nephew, Chris Byran and a number of great nieces and a great nephew. Mr. Bryan was predeceased by an infant son, sisters, Ruth Bryan and Laverne Bryan and a brother, Jesse C. Bryan, Jr.

Graveside services with Military Honors are scheduled for 11:00 AM Saturday, June 27, 2026, at Forest Lawn Cemetery conducted by Rev. Andrew Bryan and Rev. Chris Bryan. Visitation will follow the services at the cemetery.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be mailed to New Salem Baptist Church, 836 New Salem Rd., Kennesaw, GA 30152, notate Nong Thaen Church Thailand (Pongpas) on the check.
