Eddie Carl Kendrick, Jr.

Mr. Eddie Carl Kendrick, Jr., age 65, of 555 Bishop Rd., Union, passed away, Friday, December 16, 2022 at his home. He was born, November 23, 1957 in Union the son of the late Eddie Carl Kendrick, Sr. and mother Rachel Bishop Kendrick of Union.

Mr. Kendrick was a graduate of Union High School and the Welding Program of Spartanburg Tech. He was retired from Milliken Cedar Hill Plant and was previously employed at the Catawba Nuclear Plant and Torrington. He was a member of Mon Aetna Baptist Church .Eddie loved to fish and work in his yard. He had a heart of Gold and loved helping others.

In addition to his mother Rachel, Mr. Kendrick is survived by sister Carolyn Arthur and husband Byrd, all of Union and sister Kathy Timberlake and husband Gilbert of Winston Salem, NC. He is also survived by a niece Rachel Timberlake, nephews Travis Arthur (Lindsey) and Joseph Timberlake and great nephew Henry Arthur. Mr. Kendrick was predeceased by a brother Stephen Michael Kendrick and his grandparents Kathryn and JT Bishop and Carl and Ruby Kendrick.

Graveside services will be held 2:00 PM, Thursday December 22, 2022 at Forest Lawn Cemetery conducted by Rev. Bob Cato. Visitation will follow the service

The family is at the home of Mrs. Rachel Kendrick, 125 Pine Forest Rd., Union, SC.
