January 14, 2019 Mrs. Edith Loudermilk Quinn, age 91, of 296 Meansville Rd., Union, passed away Sunday, January 13, 2019 at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center. Mrs. Quinn was born May 26, 1927 in Section, AL, a daughter of the late Edly Loudermilk and Ulmer Harkins Loudermilk. She was a retired textile worker. Mrs. Quinn was a member of Philippi Baptist Church. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family. Surviving are two sons, Larry J. Quinn and wife Joan and Jerry A. Quinn all of Buffalo; a daughter-in-law, Terri Quinn Crowell of Shelby, NC; seven grandchildren, Amy Quinn Ford and husband Cleve and their children, Caylin and Mackensie, Robert E. Quinn, Jr. and wife Crystal and their child, Courtney Allen, Nicole Quinn McGrady and husband Robby and their child Natalie, Jennifer Quinn Foster and husband Brad and their children, Kirsten and Gunner, Alan Quinn and wife Lauren and their children, Nathan, Katie and Mason Henderson and Alexis Dawkins, Hannah Quinn Marner and husband Dwight and Heather Quinn Edwards and husband Anthony; she was predeceased by one grandson, Shane Quinn and is survived by his children, Chase, Tyler, and Alyssa; she is also survived by numerous great-great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews. She was also predeceased by one son, Robert E. Quinn. Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM, Wednesday. January 16, 2019 at Philippi Baptist Church conducted by Rev. Brad Goodale and Mr. Robby Quinn. Burial will follow at Union Memorial Gardens. Active pallbearers will be Alan Quinn, Robby Quinn, Robby McGrady, Brad Foster, Cleve Ford, and Zachary Smith. Visitation will be held from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM prior to the services at the church. Memorials may be made to Philippi Baptist Church, C/O Mission Fund, 327 Philippi Church Rd., Union, SC 29379. The family is at the home of her son, Larry and Joan Quinn, 1437 Mudbridge Rd., Buffalo, SC 29321.
