Ms. Elizabeth Yvonne "Vonnie" Sumner, age 73, passed away Friday, October 1, 2021.
Ms. Sumner was born in Union, March 1, 1948, a daughter of the late Colie Leslie Freeman and Dorothy Juanita Sinclair Freeman Austin. She was of the Baptist Faith.
Surviving is two sons, Dennis Ray "Bear" Sumner, Jr. (Wendy Compton) of Union and Richard Lee "Richie" Sumner (Shannon Horne) of Buffalo; five grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
The family is going to have a visitation from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM Sunday evening October 3, 2021, at the S.R. Holcombe Funeral Home.
