Emma Jean Inman Moore

Mrs. Emma Jean Inman Moore, age 93, widow of Ernest Moore, passed away, September 9, 2023 at Saint Joseph Hospice House in Tampa, Florida.

Mrs. Moore was born in Union, December 16, 1929, a daughter of the late Smith and Clara Holcombe Inman. In earlier years, she enjoyed going on vacation with all her sisters and she was an avid Bingo player.

Surviving are a daughter, Gloria Vinson Sheppard of Tampa; two sons, Larry Vinson and wife Theresa of Augusta, GA and Donnie Moore of the home; a sister, Josie Inman O'Shields of Union; a special grandson, Ernie Sheppard of Tampa; a special niece, Sophia Teague of Sweetwater, TN; a daughter-in-law, Judy Zatarain of Dade City, FL. She is also survived by seven other grandchildren, Dee Ann Fristoe, Dwayne Sheppard, Bridgit Dresser, Larry Vinson, Jr., Jason Vinson, and Michael Vinson; 16 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild and many nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by three sons, Joe Vinson, Danny Vinson and Michael Vinson; six brothers, Daniel, Laurie, Joe, Charlie, Bobby and J.B. Inman; six sisters, Maggie Teague, Cora Riddle, Mattie Vinson, Hattie Gregory, Alma Valentine and Peggy Lee; and two great-grandsons, Steven Vinson and Michael Sheppard.

A private service will be held by the family at a later date.
