Everett "Ace" Comer

Mr. Everett (Ace) Comer, age 96, widower of Betty Rawls Comer, of 402 Wilson Street, Union, passed away Monday, February 3, 2025 at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center.

Mr. Comer was born September 26, 1928 in York, South Carolina, a son of the late James Lewis Comer and Ursel Wilson Comer.  He was a graduate of Rock Hill High School and was a retired textile worker with Uniblend Spinners.

Mr. Comer was the last surviving member of his immediate family. He is survived by sons Ernest Randell Comer and his wife, Lucile of Aiken and Keith Comer and his wife, Heather of Greer. He is also survived by six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Saturday , February 8, 2025 at Union Memorial Gardens conducted by Rev. Merrit Wentz.  Visitation will be held immediately following the services at the cemetery.

In Lieu of Flowers  Memorials may be made St. Jude Childrens Hospital.

The family will be at their respective homes.
