Everette "Cooter" Bradburn

Mr. Everette "Cooter" Bradburn, age 77, husband of Susan Johnson Bradburn of 225 Church St., Jonesville, passed away Saturday, September 24, 2022, at the Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home.

Mr. Bradburn was born in Union, July 6, 1945, a son of the late George and Obylee Davis Bradburn. He was a retired self-employed painter and a member of the Jonesville Church of God. Mr. Bradburn enjoyed gardening.

Surviving in addition to his wife are a daughter, Shirleen Wood and husband Reynard of Jonesville; a son, Richard Bradburn and fiancée Maria of Jonesville; two brothers, Marvin Bradburn of Union and Frankie Bradburn of North Carolina; and seven grandchildren: Justyce, JoJo, Vashti, Deanna, Cassidy, Alexa and Damien. He was predeceased by two sons, Everette Bradburn, Jr., and Jeffrey Parris.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Tuesday, September 27, 2022, at the Holcombe's Jonesville Chapel, 145 Hames Ave., Jonesville, conducted by Rev. Mitch Trammell and Rev. Rick Dupree. Burial will be at Rosemont Cemetery.

Visitation will be held from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM Monday evening at Holcombe's Jonesville Chapel.

Active pallbearers will be Damien Parris, Garcia Littlejohn, Reggie Thomas, Doc Lipsey, Teddy Leatherwood, Eddie Leatherwood, Trenton Wood and JoJo Bradburn.

Memorial may be made to the Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home, 686 Jeff Davis Dr., Spartanburg, SC 29303.

The family will be at the home, 225 Church St., Jonesville.
