Frances B. Hindman Union, Sc

Mrs. Frances Bailey Hindman, age 90, of 314 Westminister Circle, Union, widow of Gerald Ralph Hindman, passed away Friday, December 26, 2014 at her home. Mrs. Hindman was born in Union Co., December 26, 1924, a daughter of the late Jesse Franklin Bailey and Sarah Colleen Esters Bailey. She was a graduate of Cross Anchor High School and a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church. Surviving are a daughter, Karen W. Thompson of Union; two sons, Stanley Ralph Hindman, Sr. and wife Wilma of Santuck and David Allen Hindman of the home; a sister, Anna Marie Roark of Union; a brother, Raymond Bailey of Virginia; six grandchildren, Stanley Ralph Hindman, Jr., Brian Hindman, Kriston H. Vardemon, Ellen Elizabeth Hindman, Farrah M. Farr, and Karmen V. Wade; and five great-grandchchildren. Mrs. Hindman was predeceased by two sons, Charles Franklin Hindman and Gerald Kent Hindman; a grandson, David Christopher Hindman; and a sister, Alice Bailey Hatman. Graveside services will be held 3:00 PM Monday, December 29, 2014 at Union Memorial Gardens conducted by Pastor Bill Strong. The family will receive friends at the graveside immediately following the services. The family will be at their respective home.
