Frances Lee Wycoff

Frances Lee Wycoff, age 85 of 193 Lovers Lane Rd., Gaffney, widow of Clarence Wycoff, passed away Wednesday, March 8, 2017 at Regional Hospice Home, Spartanburg. Mrs. Wycoff was born in Cherokee County, SC May 5, 1931, a daughter of the late Liston Lee and Annie Mae McCullough Lee. She was a member of Mesopotamia United Methodist Church. Surviving are three daughters: Cathy Wycoff of Gaffney, Janet Jones and husband Terry of York and Elaine Webster and husband Chris of Gaffney; four sons: Harry Joe Wycoff and wife Margaret of York, Danny Lee Wycoff and wife Carolyn of Gaffney, Butch Wycoff of York and Bobby Charles Wycoff and fiancée Moni of Gaffney; four sisters: Evelyn Garner of Gaffney, Jean Ivey of Spartanburg, Ann Newton of Gaffney and Mary Smith and husband Franklin of York; two brothers: Johnston Lee and wife Nancy and Jerry Lee all of Gaffney; eighteen grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandchild. Mrs. Wycoff was predeceased by a grandson, Cody Williamson. Graveside services will be held 1:00 PM Friday, March 10, 2017 at Mesopotamia United Methodist Church Cemetery conducted by Rev. Joey Shetley and Rev. Tommy Hill. Visitation will be held at the graveside following the service. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Frances Wycoff Memorial Fund, P.O. Box 293, Union, SC 29379. The family if at the home of her son, Danny and Carolyn Wycoff, 266 Splawn Rd., Gaffney.
