Mr. Frank Caldwell, age 91, of 3747 Buffalo West Springs Hwy, Buffalo, SC, widower of Maggie Hatfield Caldwell, passed away at his home August 12, 2026.

Mr. Caldwell was born September 7, 1934 in Union, a son of the late Lynn Caldwell and Lilly Eubanks Caldwell. He was a member of Buffalo Baptist Church and a veteran of the United State Army. Mr. Caldwell was a graduate of Cecils Business College with an Associates Degree. He loved his children, grandchildren and was a huge Atlanta Braves fan.

Mr. Caldwell is survived by a son, Timmy Caldwell and a daughter, Peggy Henderson and her husband, Kenneth Mark, all of Buffalo. He is also survived by grandchildren, Misty Morris, April Henderson (Josh), Asheley Macci (Joe), Matthew Caldwell (Kira), Jesse Luttner, Brian Caldwell, Anthony Caldwell, Travis Fowler, and Stacy Weathers (Scott), 14 great grandchildren and 3 great great-grandchildren. Mr. Caldwell was predeceased by sons, Jimmy Caldwell and Tommy Caldwell and his wife, Jane and brothers, Lynn Caldwell, Jr. and Dewey Caldwell.

Funeral Services will be held, Friday, August 14, 2026 at 1:00 PM at the S.R. Holcombe Funeral Chapel conducted by the Rev. Doug Estes. Burial will follow the services at Putman Baptist Church Cemetery.

Active pallbearers will be Matthew Caldwell, Hayden Henderson, Bill Haney, David Heatherly, Joe Macci and Jesse Luttner.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the home, 3737 Buffalo West Springs Hwy., Buffalo, SC 29321 for those that cannot come to the services on Friday. The family will also receive friends from 12:00 PM until 1:00 PM prior to the funeral services on Friday, August 14, 2026 at the S.R. Holcombe Funeral Home.
